LED 3^rd Brake Light Kit Install Instructions

Step 1:

Take your 3^rd brake light out of the trunk. There are 2 nuts holding it on.

 

Step 2:

Once you have it out, here are the tools you need…The Strip, Some Glue, either hot

Glue or some superglue GEL. And your stock assembly.

Step 4:

Route the wires through the hole where the bulb went….if you need to you may have to loosen the screws on the back side of the assembly.

Step 5:

Put the strip in place and glue it on each end. Make sure that it is facing straight up.

Step 6:

Put your red lens back on the assembly. And mount it back in the car.

Step 7:

Insert wire ends into wire harness, or splice them into the 2 wires for the harness. If for some reason they do not work one way, switch them around. GM wire coding sucks.
